We are growing and are excited to build our foundation team and are currently seeking:

Educational Leader

Trainee Educator (Certificate III)

Casual Educators

Educational Leader

This is your opportunity to take on a leadership role in a brand-new centre and make your mark from the very beginning.

In this role, you will:

Lead and mentor educators in planning and delivering inspiring programs

Champion reflective practice and continuous improvement

Guide curriculum aligned with EYLF, NQS, and our centre values

Collaborate closely with the Centre Director and wider team

Build strong, respectful relationships with families and children

Support meaningful documentation and programming cycles

About You:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECT highly regarded)

Previous experience as an Educational Leader or senior educator

Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)

Trainee or Certificate 3 Educator (Certificate III)

Perfect for school leavers or those starting their career in early childhood education. You’ll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Certificate III, supported by a warm and experienced team.

In this role, you will:

Learn from experienced educators while completing your Certificate III

Support daily care and learning routines for children aged 0–5

Assist in creating fun, safe, and inclusive play-based learning environments

Build respectful, caring relationships with children and families

Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development

About You:

Eager to start or currently working towards a Certificate III (via an RTO)

Friendly, reliable, and passionate about working with children

Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)

Casual Educators

We’re also seeking passionate and flexible educators to join our casual pool to cover our team when they are on annual leave or unwell. This is a great opportunity to be part of our foundation team while balancing work with study, family, or other commitments.

In this role, you will:

Support children’s daily care, routines, and learning

Assist with engaging play-based learning activities

Build strong connections with children, families, and the team

Bring energy, flexibility, and a positive attitude to our centre

About You:

Holding (or studying towards) a Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Enthusiastic, reliable, and collaborative

Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
