1. Diploma Educators

What We’re Looking For: ✔ Diploma-qualified educators ✔ Warm, caring individuals who build strong relationships with children and families ✔ A commitment to quality education, creativity, and collaboration ✔ Passion for supporting children’s development through play-based learning

Your Role Includes:

Delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate programs

Building strong relationships with families and colleagues

Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and EYLF 2. Room Leader

What We’re Looking For: ✔ Diploma qualification (or higher) ✔ Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team ✔ Excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQS ✔ Organisational skills to manage programming, documentation, and room operations

Your Role Includes:

Leading and mentoring a team of educators within your room
