Full Job Description The Opportunity: ** AtLowood Early Education Centre**, we’re looking for passionate and dedicated educators at all stages of their career. Whether you’re just starting your journey or ready to lead a team, we have opportunities for:

• Trainees / Apprentices– Earn while you learn, fully supported in your study.
• Assistants / Educators– Support children’s learning and development every day.
• Lead Educators– Take charge of your room, guide your team, and mentor others.

About the Role

Lead Educators / Educators / Assistants / Trainees:

• Lead your team in creating and delivering educational programs fostering children’s learning and development
• Prioritize children’s health and safety
• Engage in joyful, educational activities inspiring a love for learning
• Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators

Trainees / Apprentices:

• Gain hands-on experience while completing your qualification

Lead Educators / ECTs:

• Mentor your team, manage your room, and ensure excellent programming
• Lead educational practices and inspire children and staff

Qualifications & Attributes

• Sense of humour, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one (for Educators & Lead Educators)
• Current Queensland Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children
