THE COMPANY:

KidsPro provides positive training sessions that encourages children’s development through character building activities to assist in daily living life. Exercises are embedded in exciting and fun games to create positive mindsets and attitudes to movement and learning. To meet the individual needs of all our children, our sessions are tailored in areas including balance, locomotion, strength, flexibility and coordination.

THE ROLE:

We are recruiting for a Personal Trainerto provide one on one weekly sessions to clients located throughout Melbourne.

You will also be supplied with all the equipment necessary.

We provide extensive training so that you understand the program, company values, various skills, and progressions.

The main duties include;

creating session plans and implementing them;

being dynamic according to children’s individual needs;

motivating children to get them moving through a positive and energetic attitude;

evaluating the results of a child’s session;

communicating with parents;

collaborating with Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists to adjust short term goals accordingly.

YOU WILL HAVE:

You would need to have a car, drivers license, and valid Working with Children’s Check. To be successful in this position you will have:

A qualification in personal training / fitness

Natural ability to engage with children and physically motivate through movement and participation

The ability to understand fundamental movements and create lessons to meet individual needs

Excellent communication skills with parents and specialists

Proven commitment to client and sessions, providing consistency in the sessions
