EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER (4 YEAR OLD KINDERGARTEN)

Buckets Early Learning Centreis a family owned and focused group of 3 services (with a fourth underway for the future) We provide quality early childhood education and care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age in our purpose built services. We focus on the value and importance of play and relationships in early childhood for all ages and extend on this with regular centre visitors and a rich community excursion program including weekly nature play sessions through Bush Kinder.

ABOUT US

We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Kinder teacher to lead our funded program. Enjoy 10 hours of paid planning per week to deliver a best practice, fully immersive kinder program that we are so well known for in our local community.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the degree qualified Kindergarten Teacher, you will have the support from your experienced Co-Educators enabling you the best opportunity to provide an extensive and wonderful program. All your creativity and big ideas will be encouraged and supported

We provide a warm, welcoming and fun environment for our educators, families and children. We maintain a vibrant and enthusiastic approach and focus on children's positive learning experiences. In a purpose built centre, our Kindergarten room offers a bright and spacious environment as well as creatively designed and dedicated outdoor space providing endless opportunities to explore and develop.

The successful candidate will be a warm and friendly person who can deliver a high quality play based Kindergarten program and have a collaborative approach to teaching.

You will require a strong community focus and the ability to plan and deliver innovative and flexible programs based on the Early Years Learning Frameworks. Endless opportunities exist including excursions, Bush Kinder and a general Centre approach of community engagement.

For candidates completing their VIT enquiry project, we offer a supportive mentor to assist you in this process.
