The Role: Kindergarten Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to lead our exceptional kindergarten program. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of each child.
• Assist in completing Kinder Funding applications and required documentation.
• Facilitate transition-to-school programs and prepare transition reports within designated timeframes.
• Organise and conduct parent information nights twice a year.
• Work closely with families, colleagues, and allied professionals to create a stimulating and safe learning space.
• Ensure programs align with the National Quality Standards, the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012.
• Participate in monthly team meetings to collaborate and drive excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• A passionate educator with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Educationchildcare background is highly desired.
• VIT registration (including provisional).
• Current First Aid qualification, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma(support available to obtain this).
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in written documentation and planning.
• A proactive, solution-focused, and positive can-do attitude.
• Availability 5 days a week.
• Experience with KindyHubis a bonus!
