Lead Educator

Active Kids Brassall is a privately owned centre, we are looking for diploma qualified and experienced Educator to join our team in September.

We are a small 64 place service with a fantastic well established team, we are looking for a toddler room lead educator willing to work 5 days a week with flexibility for open and close shifts.

Active Kids Brassall holds a high standard on Child protection and safeguarding the children in our care. If you hold the same standard on protecting and advocating for the rights and safety of every child than we want to hear from you.

Active Kids Educators are well supported at our centre by our fabulous Director, as well as frequent visits from our Senior Management team for programming and practice support and training.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

Diploma or Certificate 3 (studying diploma)

High level of interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills

A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework including EYLF/QKLG

Be confident at the implementation of outstanding programming and experiences for children.

A current Blue Card or Exemption

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate OR be willing to obtain.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to work as part of a team with passionate and dedicated professionals.

Availability to work a range of shifts from 630am to 630pm, 5 days per week.
