Lead Educator| North Parramatta BRAND NEW SERVICE

Heritage House Childcare & Early Learning Centres is a 25+ year family-owned and operating business looking for an experienced Lead Educator to join our Heritage House team at our NEW service opening in North Parramatta.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated individual. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on quality customer service delivery, the drive to develop strong relationships with families, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about developing a creative learning environment for our children.

The Role:

Diploma Qualified

Working as a Room Leader at our new North Parramatta service

Passionate and reliable candidate that is engaging and interested in providing a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment.

Take a lead in the development, delivery, and evaluation of a quality early learning program for children enrolled in the Centre, ensuring individual children’s strengths, interests and needs are identified and their learning enhanced.

Monitor and document children’s development and progress through a diverse range of methods that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Provide leadership, mentoring and continual feedback to your team in order to seek exceeding practices.

Previous experience in Lead Educator/Room Leader roles essential
