Lead Educator Position and Assistant Educator Position

Jumping Beans Childcare is family owned and have been operating for 18 years. We were rated Exceeding in 2023 at both centres. We have a wonderful team of staff and are located in the Ormiston area of Redland Coast.

We are seeking a energetic, fun, imaginative, dedicated staff member to join our team.

Our points of difference:

Small room ratio's. We value quality care and interation. By capping our room ratios we can ensure relationships and quality interations are availible for all children.

No Apps in use. Our philosophy does not align with the use of apps. Having to update, upload, take coutless photos takes time away from the children.

Extra programming time to ensure quality. Observatons are about quality over quantity. 5 observation per child per year with a lense of planning with purpose.

All lead educators attend yearly ACA conference and other PD opportunities paid by centre.

Worker Retention Payment in place and being paid

Lead Educator Position (full time or 4 day option availible)

Lead Educator Position has become availible as one of our long term Lead Educators is moving to the country which has bought a rare opportunity.

Applicants must hold either a Certificate 3 in Children's services and be willing to study, or a Diploma in Children's Services.

Assistant Educator Position:

No experience required. Love playschool? Then you’ll love this position. Singing, dancing, making and creating. Applicants must hold either a Certificate 3 in Children's services or be willing to study. We can guide you through this process.
