Long Day Early Childcare Centre Director

We have an exciting opportunity for anEarly Childhood Teacher (ECT)atKookaburra Cottage ChildcareinLawson, NSW.

We are seeking a Centre Director with relevant experience and a qualification relating to childhood education, including:

Degree in Early Childhood Teaching

Responsibilities

As a Centre Director, you will be leading and coordinating day to day management of our Long Day Childcare and Education Service. You will complete duties including, but not limited to:

Enhancing the awareness of, and ensuring health and safety for the children in our care

Updating and implementing the Service's policies and procedures, to comply with National Quality Standards

Managing staff rosters for permanent and casual staff

Managing enrolments and vacancies

Maintaining accurate records for the children in care

Liaising with families regarding their children’s development

Managing timesheets for payroll processing

Maintaining operations of the premises such as supplies and maintenance coordination
