As our next superstar you will help lead in excelling and role modelling exceeding practices to our Team of Educators on this adventure!
This role typically includes a variety of responsibilities where you will work alongside management and ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.
Key duties often involve supervising and guiding educators, positive communications with children, families and educators and at times managing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed.

About you:
You hold a Early Childhood Education qualification
You're passionate about early childhood education and can't wait to create magical learning moments.
Your communication and people skills are top-notch, and you love connecting with others.
You've got a deep understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
You're up to date with First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
You have a valid blue card and a big heart for little learners.
Prior experience in the same or similar role and demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, adapt to changes and most importantly you are a positive role model to the team
