Montessori Early Childhood Educator in Fremantle

Orchard Montessori is a small, intimate family run business that established its first centre at Maddington in 2010. In 2016 we opened our sister centre at Fremantle. We offer educational based Montessori learning for children aged 6 months to 5 years.

We are currently looking for reliable, trustworthy, and innovative Montessori Educators to join our team at Fremantle . You should be able to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom where every child feels included.

Responsibilities include:

Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in their environment.

Developing jobs in the room that stimulate independent learning and methods that cater to the individual needs of the child.

Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.

Establishing a rapport with both children and their families.

Monitoring and assessing children’s progress and writing reports.

You must show an ability to:

Multitask, keep calm under pressure and treat everyone with respect.

Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Patient with excellent observational and communication skills.

Qualifications should include:

Montessori Training/Diploma

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

Current WWC card
