We are currently seeking adedicated and experienced Nominated Supervisorto join our amazing team at Mother Duck Kallangur. This is afull-time, permanentopportunity to work under the guidance oftwo capable and supportive Franchisees, both of whom bring deep sector knowledge and a strong commitment to professional growth.

Collaborative Relationship with Approved Provider/Franchisee

This position offers the unique opportunity to work in close partnership with the Approved Provider/Franchisee, forming a trusted and valued extension of the leadership team. As an integral part of the service’s success, this role is designed to complement and support the strengths of the franchisee, ensuring alignment with the vision, values, and goals of the service.

Built on a foundation of trust, loyalty, and mutual respect, this relationship goes beyond day-to-day management. It involves shared decision-making, open communication, and a strong sense of accountability. The successful candidate will be someone who not only brings experience and initiative but also demonstrates a high level of integrity and commitment to the long-term success of the service and company.

By working alongside the franchisee, this position plays a key role in maintaining high standards, building strong team culture, and driving continuous improvement, while also supporting the growth and sustainability of the business.

What we’re looking for:

✔ A Diploma or Degree qualification in Early Childhood Education ✔ Experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting ✔ A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain) ✔ Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation ✔ A passion for quality education, team leadership, and building strong relationships with families
