Do you have the leadership skills, passion, and dedication to guide an early childhood team to excellence? We’re seeking anexperienced and motivated Nominated Supervisorto lead our childcare Centre and create an environment where children, families, and educators thrive.

About the Role As the Nominated Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our Centre’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with theEducation and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and fostering a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. You’ll mentor and inspire our team, build strong relationships with families, and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Overseeing the day-to-day management of the centre

Ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements

Leading, mentoring, and supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs

Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community

Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation

Driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes

You Will Bring:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills

A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
