About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KIDZ R KIDZ EARLY LEARNING CENTRE in Cranbourne North, VIC. This permanent part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children, while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old

Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform lesson planning and individualized support

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for all children in your care

Collaborating with parents and families to support children's learning and wellbeing

Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education is a must for this role.

Over 2 years Experience working in as an Educator/Assistant Educator.

Available to work on rostered shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

A genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of young children

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
