We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamicNursery Room Leaderto join our Preston team. This leadership role is ideal for an educator who thrives in inquiry-based environments, values professional collaboration, and is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

You’ll be leading a dedicated toddler teaching team and supporting a centre-wide vision focused on meaningful relationships, intentional learning, and exceeding the National Quality Standards.

We’re looking for a Room Leader who:

Holds aDiplomaorBachelor Degreein Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Has strong knowledge and experience ininquiry-based teaching and learning

Brings warmth, confidence, and leadership to their team

Thrives in a collaborative and reflective learning culture

Is committed to nurturing meaningful connections with children, families, and community

Has a sound understanding of theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)andNational Quality Standards (NQS)

Holds a currentWorking With Children Check (WWCC)
