Exciting Opportunity for an OSHC Coordinator !

Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding leadership role in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)? We’re seeking a dedicatedOSHC Coordinatorto join our team our clients team in Brookvale!

About the Role:

As theOSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of enthusiastic Educators to provide engaging programs for primary-age children. This is afull-time, permanent position (38 hours per week), offering an opportunity to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver exciting activities including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts

Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community

Oversee daily service operations, ensuring compliance and safety standards

Manage rosters and mentor Educators to foster a strong team culture

Work split shifts during school terms:6:30am - 9:00am(Rise then Shine Program) &2:30pm - 6:00pm(Stay and Play Program), with additional administration hours and block shifts available during school holidays

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll need:

A passion for working with children aged 5-12 years

Strong leadership and communication skills

A team-player mindset with the drive to lead a service

A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
