About the Role:
As theOSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of enthusiastic Educators to provide engaging programs for primary-age children. This is a**, permanent part time position (30 hours per week)**, offering an opportunity to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver exciting activities including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts
Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community
Oversee daily service operations, ensuring compliance and safety standards
Manage rosters and mentor Educators to foster a strong team culture
Work split shifts during school terms!
What We’re Looking For:

You’ll need:
A passion for working with children aged 5-12 years
Strong leadership and communication skills
A team-player mindset with the drive to lead a service
A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
