Coordinator โ Out of School Hours Care (OOSH) Maternity Relief
This Coordinator position is being offered as a 12-month maternity relief role. However, with our organisation continuing to grow and expand, there are strong prospects for further opportunities within the company on an ongoing basis.

About the Role
As a Coordinator, you will:
Lead and mentor your team to deliver high-quality care.
Work closely with management to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Engage with families, school staff, and the community to create a welcoming environment.
Contribute ideas and feedback in a workplace where your voice matters.
The role offers a balanced roster totaling 35 hours per week with an additional 3 hours educational leader. Regular hours of work are Monday 6:30 amโ9:30 am, Tuesday to Friday 6:30 amโ9:00 am, and Monday to Friday 2:00 pmโ6:00 pm. In addition, Coordinators attend management meetings each Tuesday from 9:30 amโ11:30 am and are allocated 3 hours per week to undertake Educational Leader responsibilities.
