​Educator – Active OOSH Rathmines

📍Location: Rathmines Public School, NSW 🕒Casual Positions | Shifts between 6.30am–9.30am & 2.30pm–6pm, Monday to Friday | Shifts range between 6am - 6pm during school holidays.

About Us Active OOSH is a dynamic and growing Outside of School Hours Care (OOSH) provider, passionate about creating fun, safe, and inclusive environments where children thrive. We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and reliableEducatorsto join our team atRathmines.

The Role As an Active OOSH Educator, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate programs duringBefore School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to create positive experiences for children and build strong relationships with families and the school community.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and engage children in fun, safe, and meaningful activities

· Support the daily routine, including meal preparation, set-up and pack-down

· Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

· Ensure compliance with Active OOSH policies and relevant regulations

Shifts Available:

·**Before School Care:**6:30am – 9:30am

·**After School Care:**2:30pm – 6:00pm

·**School Holidays:**6am - 6:00pm

· Monday to Friday availability preferred, applicant should be available at least 6 of the 10 sessions per week.

About You

· Passionate about working with children

· Reliable, energetic, and a great communicator

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Previous OOSH or childcare experience (preferred but not essential)

· Certificate or Training in Childcare (preferred but not essential)

· Manual Driver’s License (preferred but not essential)

Requirements

· Working With Children Check (WWCC)

· First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

· Child Protection training (or willingness to complete)
