What You’ll Be Doing:

**Get creative:**Design and deliver engaging programs that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy — backed by thoughtful observation and reflection

**Celebrate moments:**Share children’s learning and achievements with their families in meaningful ways

**Champion child safety:**Oversee attendance and bookings to ensure every child is safe and supported at all times

Inspire your team:Guide and support educators so they feel confident and valued in their roles

**Build community:**Strengthen partnerships with families and the school to create a strong, connected care environment

**This is a permanent full-time position; 38hrs per week. Term Time Only,**5 block shifts.

What You’ll Bring:

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care(or equivalent qualification)

**Experience working in an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC)**setting — you understand the rhythm, energy, and unique needs of before and after school programs

A currentChild Protection Training Certificate

Up-to-dateFirst Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Managementcertifications

A validNSW Working With Children Check
