About the Role
We are seeking anenthusiastic and dedicated professionalwith a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a safe, inclusive spaceβ Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
Stay organised and vigilantβ Manageaccurate attendance records and bookingsto ensure consistent supervision and safety
Empower your teamβSupervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
Inspire young mindsβ Design and deliverengaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
Live the valuesβ Support and promote themission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
Build strong community tiesβ Nurturepositive relationshipswith families, the school, and key community stakeholders
Thispermanent, part-time positionoffers50 hours per fortnightin a dynamic and supportive environment.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC).
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
Certification inChild Protection Training.
CurrentFirst Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
A validNSW Working With Children Check.
