OSHC Coordinator – Fig Tree Pocket State School

Fig Tree Pocket State School OSHCis seeking a dedicated and organisedCoordinatorto oversee the day-to-day management of our not-for-profit Outside School Hours Care service, run by the P&C.

Set in a peaceful, leafy suburb, our service is known for its welcoming atmosphere, beautiful outdoor spaces, and strong partnerships with families and the school community.

What You’ll Do

As Coordinator, you’ll:

Lead and support a team of educators to deliver safe, fun and engaging programs

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and compliance with all regulations

Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and the P&C Executive

Manage enrolments, rosters, and Xplor administration

Contribute to service planning, budgeting, reporting, and ongoing quality improvement

You’ll be supported by a proactive and engaged P&C Committee, and work alongside a capable Educational Leader, Business Manager and team of committed educators.

What You’ll Need

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

At least 2 years’ experience in a Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator Role

Strong working knowledge of NQF, MTOP, QIP and compliance requirements

Current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)

Confident communication, leadership and organisational skills

Xplor experience helpful but not essential
