OSHC Coordinator - Lead a Brand-New Service | Near Ipswich

anzuk Education is working with a well regarded school community near Ipswich that is excited to launch a brand new Outside School Hours Care program. We’re searching for an experienced OSHC Coordinator to bring this service to life and lead with confidence, creativity, and care.

• Oversee daily operations of the OSHC and vacation care program (Prep–Year 6)
• Develop and deliver engaging, safe, and fun programs
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators
• Manage rostering, compliance, and administration tasks
• Build trusted relationships with children, families, and the school community

About you

• Diploma of Children’s Services (or equivalent qualification)
• 2+ years’ OSHC leadership or management experience
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Strong knowledge of NQF and relevant regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Working With Children Check and full Australian working rights
