In this full-time role, you’ll lead a dynamic, inclusive service where children feel safe, seen, and supported. You’ll be theResponsible Person, shaping daily operations and working closely with families, educators, and the school community.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of educators
- Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate programs
- Build strong, lasting relationships with families and the school
- Manage a generous service budget with confidence
- Participate in leadership networking opportunities across our services
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment every day About You

Must-Haves:
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying toward)
- Experience in a leadership role within OSHC
- NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Child Protection Training Certificate
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
