In this full-time role, you’ll lead a dynamic, inclusive service where children feel safe, seen, and supported. You’ll be theResponsible Person, shaping daily operations and working closely with families, educators, and the school community.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise a dedicated team of educators
• Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate programs
• Build strong, lasting relationships with families and the school
• Manage a generous service budget with confidence
• Participate in leadership networking opportunities across our services
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment every day About You

Must-Haves:

• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying toward)
• Experience in a leadership role within OSHC
• NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Child Protection Training Certificate
• First Aid & CPR Certificates
