What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

• A genuine passion for working with children and their families.

  • Motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to a supportive, dynamic team.

  • Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law and Regulations.

  • Familiarity with the My Time, Our Place Framework, the National Quality Framework, and the Early Years Learning Framework.

  • Ability to create inclusive, engaging learning experiences for children.

  • Proven leadership and daily management skills.

  • Commitment to best practices in safety, wellbeing, and child safeguarding.

What You’ll Need

• At least 2 years of experience working with primary school-aged children.

  • Diploma or Degree in early childhood education and care or equivalent

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and My Time, Our Place.

  • A current WWVP Check (ACT) or willingness to obtain.

  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification or willingness to obtain.

  • A valid driver’s license.

  • Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable.
