Job Description
With our service experiencing growth, we are looking for Educators to join our amazing Outside School Hours Care team! Shifts will initially include before and after school care, vacation care and pupil free days. Positions will be casual/on-call to start, with the opportunity to move to regular shifts in a part-time capacity for the right applicants.
If you are reliable, have a strong work ethic and can demonstrate an ability to use initiative and want to work in a fun and supportive community environment where you are valued and appreciated and have the opportunity to make a difference, this is your chance.
Qualifications in School Age Care, Teaching, Sport and Rec or the Health Industry will be an advantage as will an interest in Nature Play, Playwork and Gardening. A current Working with Children check (Blue Card) is required as is First Aid or a willingness to obtain. Prior experience in the children’s service sector will be highly regarded.
This position is paid under the P&C Association Award with the addition of the Worker Retention Allowance. Immediate start available however not essential.
