An exciting opportunity has become available at our Jilbup OSHC service. Weβre looking for engaging, inclusive, and dependable strong educators who make a positive impact. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, student engagement, while fostering critical thinking and enjoys working with children in a collaborative and positive learning environment.
Connect Learning is a unique, family run service who are currently seeking applications from educators to join our OSHC team on a permanent part-time basis. The role includes before school care, afterschool care and vacation care shifts.

Needs to be available Mondays and Wednesdays
Located at Jilbup Primary School in Hammond park.
Requires a car as no close public transport close by

We cater to the learning, play and leisure of all children in our care. We take inspiration from the love to learn philosophy followed by our school; we believe in the importance of connection, inclusion, creativity, and play based learning.
We are based at an inclusive school which offers a Special Learning Program for children with ASD.

During term, we are open 6:30am - 8:30am and between 2:00pm - 6:00pm Monday to Friday. During vacation care we are open between the hours of 6:30am and 6:00pm.
About the Role:
Actively supervising and engaging with school-aged children
Deliver planned and spontaneous activities based on the children's interests and your strengths
Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment is maintained
Basic food preparation
Light cleaning duties
Participate in observations and essential paperwork
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and educators.
Who are we looking for?
Knowledge of EYLF, MTOP, and NQS.
A creative mind and genuine love for working with children.
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging program activities.
Previous experience in childcare.
Someone with a passionate, warm and energetic nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge and experience working with neurodivergent children desirable.
Current and valid WWCC, Police History Check, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Food Handling or willing to obtain.
Qualification related to childcare is mandatory please read the below list before applying:
Cert IV or Diploma in Childrenβs Services (OSHC or ECEC),
Cert IV or Diploma of Out of School Hours Care,
Cert IV or Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Diploma or Degree in childrenβs Studies or Education,
Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care,
Cert III or IV in School Based Education Support,
Cert IV in Education Support
Or degree or Diploma in Recreation, Sport Science, Leisure Studies, Social and Behavioural Science, Nursing or Allied Health and extensive experience in childcare.
