About Your Role
Deliver a responsive early childhood program reflecting our service philosophy and the My Time Our Place Framework.
Create engaging and inspiring learning environments for children.
Contribute to planning, documenting, and implementing an early childhood education program within MTOP that reflects each childβs learning and growth.
Maintain an engaging, safe, and aesthetic learning environment based on the knowledge of the child, children, MTOP, and National Quality Standards.
About You:
Must have ACECQA approved diploma or 2-year qualification of an ACECQA approved course compliant with OSHC
Current Blue Card, with up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
Experience in long day care, with confidence working across multiple age groups.
Understanding of My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards
Right to work in Australia
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage work tasks efficiently and effectively
