We are seeking a motivated educator to join our dynamic team at our 45-place Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program in Bacchus Marsh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children aged 5–12 and is committed to supporting their growth, development, and well-being in a fun and engaging environment..

Position Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am-9.00am / 2.00pm-6.00pm

Location: Bacchus Marsh

Key Responsibilities

-

**Support Program Delivery:**Assist with implementing daily after-school activities that promote learning through play, creativity, and exploration.

**Supervision and Engagement:**Actively supervise and engage with children during both indoor and outdoor experiences, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all.

**Team Collaboration:**Work as part of a supportive team of educators, following direction from the Educational Leader and Coordinator to deliver high-quality care.

**Set-Up and Pack-Up:**Help with setting up and packing away activities and resources to maintain a welcoming and organised space.

**Communication:**Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members, always maintaining professionalism and respect.

Required Qualifications and Experience

**Minimum Qualification:**Certificate III or working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

**Experience:**Previous experience working in an OSHC or similar early childhood setting is preferred.

**Skills:**Enthusiastic, reliable, team-focused, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children.

Compliance:

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Training (or willingness to obtain)

Child protection training (or willingness to undertake)

Note: Ability to drive a 12-seater minibus is desirable but not essential.
