About the Role: Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, youโll step into a leadership role where your enthusiasm and expertise will shine. Youโll mentor and guide a team of committed educators, ensuring exceptional care and seamless operations.

This role involves supporting OSHC services across the Inner North Brisbane Region and will involve some travel.

- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- A strong understanding of Childcare legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
