About us Mount Carmel College is a vibrant and inclusive Catholic co-educational school committed to nurturing children in a supportive learning environment. Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program provides a safe, engaging, and fun space for students before and after school, as well as during school holidays.
Due to an exciting increase in enrolments, our OSHC service is expanding โ and we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic educators to join our growing team!
About the role We are seeking dedicated and caring OSHC educators who are committed to provide high quality care and experiences for children. You will be working in a dynamic team environment, fostering creativity, inclusion, and a genuine sense of belonging for all students.
Flexible hours ranging from 7.00am โ 8.30am before school, 3.00 โ 6.00pm after school and 7.00am โ 6.00pm during school holidays. This is an ideal opportunity for university students studying a Bachelor of Teaching, Education or Early Childhood to gain hands-on experience while making a difference with our students.

ยท Flexibility and reliability.
Key responsibilities:
ยท Supervise and engage children in a variety of activities.
ยท Support the planning and delivery of play-based, age-appropriate programs.
ยท Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all children.
ยท Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
ยท Assist with general day-to-day operations, including setup and pack down.
Essential requirements:
ยท Demonstrated experience in a similar or comparative role and/or approved ACECQA Certificate 3 level qualification.
ยท Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
ยท Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect โ Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) training (or willingness to obtain).
ยท First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
ยท Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
ยท Must have full working rights in Australia.
