Outside of School Hours (OSHC) Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedOutside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Educatorto join our in-house team on a casual or part-time basis, working between3–5 days per week(approximately 9–15 hours weekly), for animmediate start.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, community-focused school environment, providing high-quality care and engaging experiences for children outside of school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate care for children aged 3–12 years.

Facilitate engaging activities that support children’s learning, wellbeing, and interests.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Maintain a safe and clean environment in line with school policies and national regulations.

Ensure all practices are in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), My Time, Our Place Framework, and ACT OSHC regulatory requirements.

Essential Criteria:

MinimumofCert IIII in Children's Services and/or Community Services(or equivalent). Diploma preferred.

Current & valid**Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP)**registration.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain).

Understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant legislation.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience working with children as an OSHC Educator or teaching assistant; ideal, but not essential.

Position Details:

Casualrole, 3–5 days per week.

9–15 hours per weekduring school terms, with potential for additional hours during school holiday care
