Outside School Hours Care Educators

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in children’s lives? We’re looking for energetic, caring, and reliable team players to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Sydney!

What You’ll Do: In this rewarding role, you’ll supervise and engage with primary-aged children in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Your daily activities may include:

Arts & crafts

Sport and outdoor games

Group activities and free play

Preparing and serving healthy snacks

About You: You're enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to child development. You also bring:

Experience in Before & After School Care or childcare

Understanding of child protection protocols

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

A collaborative, team-first attitude

Awareness of children’s developmental stages and needs

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A valid Paid Working With Children Check
• Food Handling Certificate
• A current Police Check
• Two professional references (ready to contact)
