About the role
This is apermanent part-time opportunity, Monday to Friday.
As a Permanent Educator, you will build meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community. You’ll create engaging learning opportunities that support children’s growth, while being supported yourself by your Centre Leadership Team to grow your career and skills within Journey.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Facilitate engaging learning experiences for your allocated group of children
Observe, document, and support children’s individual strengths, interests, and needs
Design and implement activities within children’s developmental programs
Actively contribute to a collaborative, fun, and interactive learning environment
About you
You’re a creative and dedicated early childhood professional, eager to inspire children through play, learning, and discovery. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to building trusted relationships with families and colleagues.
Key skills and requirements:
An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher
Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines
An approved Working with Children Check (State specific)
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
