Permanent Part Time and Casual Educators

Our centres are warm, inclusive, and deeply committed to nurturing each child’s development. Located conveniently near public transport and local shops, our services offer a supportive environment for educators to thrive and grow.

As a Full-Time Early Childhood Educator, you’ll work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and education across all age groups (0–6 years). You’ll be rostered flexibly between 6:45am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and may be required to work across both Altona locations.

We’re seeking educators who are:

• 🎓 Qualified: Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

• 🧠 Experienced: Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0–6 in a childcare setting

• 🇦🇺 Eligible to Work: Have permanent work rights in Australia

• 🕰️ Flexible: Available for full-time hours with shifts between 6:45am–6:00pm

• 🚸 Adaptable: Comfortable working across two centres and with all age groups

• 💬 Collaborative: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• ❤️ Committed: Passionate about early learning and child development
