Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to support a vibrant preschool environment? We’re seeking a caring and dedicated**Room Assistant (Diploma or studying towards)**to join our 3–5-year-old Preschool Program, working alongside our Lead Educator and team.

🌱 About the Role

**Position:**Room Assistant – Preschool Room (3–5 years) **Type:**Full-Time, Permanent **Start Date:**ASAP

As a Room Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Lead Educator to deliver a high-quality, play-based program. You will help create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning space for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing a play-based, school readiness program

Support daily routines and activities in the preschool room

Help create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments

Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Contribute to maintaining compliance with regulations and centre policies

👩‍🏫 About You

-

Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards)

Experience supporting a Preschool Curriculum (preferred)

Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF

Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
