Qualified Early Childhood Educator

A great opportunity has arisen for a Diploma qualified educator to join our team of fantastic educators at our centre Kids Paradise Long Street. Kids Paradise Long Street is a family owned and operated service and has been operating since 2010 and is a 60-place service.

Kids Paradise Long Street cater for children 6 weeks to 6 years old and is a play-based service. We also offer registered 3-year-old and 4-year-old Kinder.

Qualified educators and employees, work together at our service to provide children with a high-quality, play based early education program. Relationships are key to children’s wellbeing and learning. All of our educators hold or are studying towards appropriate qualifications and licenses for their positions, including First Aid, CPR, and asthma and anaphylaxis management.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with:

•     sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF

•     the ability to work within a team environment

•     the ability to develop strong relationships with children, families, and staff

•     able to always implement the policies and procedures of the service.

•     The desire to be continually furthering their professional development.

•     An open mindset

Pre-requisites

•     Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

•     Experience in a similar role is desired

•     Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis & Working with children check (WWCC)
