About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionateQualified Educatorto join ourBabies Room team. This is a rare opportunity for a full-time role in our centre.

As an integral part of our team, you will:

Support the Room Leader to deliver high-quality care and education

Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Create safe, inspiring, play-based learning environments that respond to children’s strengths and interests

Champion children’s rights and voices, supporting their growth as capable, independent learners

Contribute to our centre’s commitment to leadership, sustainability, reconciliation, and continuous improvement

About You

You are an educator who:

Holds aminimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care(or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Is passionate about the early years and the unique needs of infants and toddlers

Brings creativity, curiosity, and energy to your teaching

Thrives in a collaborative team and values strong professional relationships

Shares our belief that play-based learning is the best foundation for children’s future success
