We are currently on the lookout for aRecruitment Administratorto support our busy Talent Team in WA — someone organised, proactive, and passionate about finding the right people for the right roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to work mostly from home, with flexible hours and a supportive, fun team behind you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting our Talent Partners with end-to-end recruitment admin
• Sourcing candidates across SEEK, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conducting phone screens
• Coordinating interviews
• Completing compliance validations
• Reference checks for all candidates
• Managing the careers inbox
• Actioning Refer a Friend enquiries
• Maintaining our ATS – JobAdder

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a recruitment support or admin role (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a number of key stakeholders across the business
• Confident using JobAdder or a similar ATS
• Familiarity with SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate sourcing
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Strong organisational skills
• A genuine interest in early childhood education and finding passionate educators
