What You’ll Do:

Source and screen candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, SEEK, and Indeed.

Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and childcare centres.

Maintain candidate records and update our database with progress.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to match educators with the right opportunities.
