You’ll oversee a portfolio of OSHC services, coaching and mentoring Service Leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes for children, families, and communities. Working closely with the Head of OSHC, you’ll influence strategy, strengthen quality, and drive continuous improvement across your region.

What you’ll bring

• Proven multi-site leadership experience (education, OSHC, or related sector ideal)
• Strong record of improving compliance, quality, and team performance
• Ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams
• Stakeholder engagement skills to grow strong school, parish and community partnerships
• A relevant qualification in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management, or a related field
