Room Leader 0-2 year olds | Fulltime | Northmead

Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centre & Preschool is seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our Northmead team. We pride ourselves on nurturing environments that foster learning, creativity, and strong community connections across NSW and VIC.

Your role includes:

Leading the Nursery room team to deliver high-quality care for children under 2

Building strong, respectful relationships with families

Ensuring compliance with NQS and Whiz Kidz policies

Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment

What we’re looking for:

A Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)

Proven leadership experience with under 2s

Strong understanding of child development and EYLF/NQS

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & WWCC

Patience, empathy, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies

This is a full-time role (38 hours/week) on a rotating roster between 6:30am–6:30pm.
