We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, ready to take the next steps in their career as aRoom Leaderor aDiploma Qualified Educatorat our brand-new centre in Mandogalup.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
What you bring to the table:
Diploma****in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a**Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)**or ACECQA approved equivalent.
A good understanding of theEarly Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards,andEducation and Care Regulations.
A warm and caring personality.
Ability toestablish and nurture positive relationshipswith staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
A currentFirst Aid certificate,WWCC, andPolice Clearance(or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
