About the Role We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Room Leader to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday. In this role you will:

Lead and inspire your room team to deliver engaging, play-based learning

Develop, implement, and evaluate daily routines and educational programs

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s individual journey

About You You will bring:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (essential)

At least 2 years’ experience as an Educator in a childcare setting

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
