Your Role As the Room Leader, you will:

• Lead, mentor and inspire your team of educators in the room
• Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards and regulations
• Contribute to the centre’s warm, inclusive, and supportive environment

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or strong senior educator experience, ready to step up
• A passion for delivering high-quality education and care
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
