Job Description
Weβre seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma-qualified Room Leader to join our warm and inclusive team at our 79- place early childhood education service located in Woy Woy, NSW.

About the Role
As Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading the daily routines, curriculum implementation, and overall environment of your room. You will work closely with the Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor to create a space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore and learn.
You will have access to:
Dedicated non-contact programming time each week
A supportive leadership team and regular mentoring

An option for a 9-day fortnight
Key Responsibilities
Lead your room team to plan and deliver a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF V2.0.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
Oversee the daily running of the room, including routines, supervision, and documentation.
Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children.
Support and guide educators in your team through collaboration and reflection.
Maintain documentation and assessments that reflect meaningful learning.
Work in partnership with the Educational Leader to support continuous improvement and reflective practice.
About You
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator is desirable.
Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and NSW Child Safe Standards.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
