About the Role

As Room Leader, you’ll:

Lead your room with creativity, confidence and care

Mentor and support educators in delivering nature-based, child-led learning

Build strong relationships with children, families and your team

Actively participate in our outdoor learning program—rain or shine

Contribute to planning, documentation and reflective practice

Champion our centre’s philosophy of connection, curiosity and community

What You’ll Bring

Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or higher)

Experience leading a room or team in an early childhood setting

A love of nature and a willingness to get muddy and messy

Strong communication and organisational skills

A warm, collaborative leadership style

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
