****As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging childrenβs learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.
The Role:
- Full-time position, however 4 days can be negotiated for the right candidate
- Must have a Diploma in ECEC or working towards and 3 years experience in a similar role
- Regular support on floors from our Curriculum Leader
- Leading our 0-1 year old room
- As soon as possible start
About the Service:
- Based in the suburb of Kensington Park
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation
- Stunning single story 92 place service within walking distance to cafeβs local shops
- Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career

About You:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards Diploma (Essential)
- Must be available to work 4-5 days a week
- Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 3 years
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
