Hi, I’m Beth, the Centre Director of Little Saplings. After years working in Sydney’s early childhood sector, I have seen the very best and the not-so-great of what this profession can offer. That is exactly why I chose to lead a service where people and purpose come first.

What makes us different? Our owner, Nick, is not a property investor or part of a national chain. He is a dad of three and a proud Armidale local who opened Little Saplings with one goal: to give back to his community by providing genuinely high-quality care. His motivation was never about buying land, it was about doing good.

Nick is values-driven, grounded, and believes great centres are built around great people. Here, educators are not just employees. You are a key part of something meaningful. You will be supported, appreciated, and trusted to do what you do best.
